We operate a WhatsApp bot service (“SocialConnect”), through our verified Facebook WhatsApp Business Account ElephantThink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service operated through our verified WhatsApp Business Account. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Service Description
Our WhatsApp bot is an automated system that allows users to connect and interact over WhatsApp. The bot may provide customer support, automate tasks, route messages, or connect users to each other, depending on the use case.
